Syllabus

Technology is merely the enabler of organization change and improvement.  It is the use of technology, and not the technology itself, that provides value. 

As a result, technical communicators are being offered new roles and responsibilities in management and information technology projects.

GBA 319 covers principles  of research, organization, and presentation.  The course is designed to equip students with the critical skills they will need to be successful in their careers and lives in general.
